The First Dance: Our President and Our First Lady!

View video of Our 44th President and First Lady Dance!
First Lady Michelle Obama looked simply marvelous, as her gorgeous body was draped within a white chiffon one-shoulder gown by Jason Wu. Wu, 26, has only been designing for three years. Indeed, Wu's career is sure to be taken flight. Thus, after the new occupants of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue celebrated their first dance last night at the first-ever Neighborhood Inaugural Ball hosted at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
Mega-star, Beyonce Knowles, singed her cover version of Etta Jame's 1961 ballad, "At Last," recorded on Chess Records. Passionately, as our nation's new royalty took center stage and two-stepped away!
Moreover, other performers of the evening at the glamorous Neighborhood Inaugural Ball included Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Faith Hill, JAY-Z, Alicia Keys, Shakira and Stevie Wonder. Mariah Carey's husband, Nick Cannon was the DJ of the festivities.
Could this be the "Greatest Romance Story Ever Told?"

THE DREAM: THE ONLY WAY IS UP!
In 1994, I had graduated from Dr. Martin Luther King High School in New York City. Therefore, this day we have chosen to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., is very dear to me. Hence, over 40 years ago, Dr. King prescribed a medicine for adversity, poverty and hardships to the suffering oppress folks of the World. Dr. King's prescription to mankind was to "Dream!"
What was a dream is now our reality, what was once a reality is now our virtual reality! THE ONLY WAY IS UP!

Obama Inauguration Weekend: Freaknik D.C. 2009 or Time for Change?

Although, the atmospheric temperature feels like Antartica. Our nation's capital is quite the financial hotbed this weekend. Thus, as millions of people converge onto Washington, D.C., for the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States of America, on January 20th.
MSN SmartMoney reports, "Prices for a variety of goods and services across the Washington, D.C., area have gone up -- way up -- in anticipation of Barack Obama's inauguration Tuesday." Moreover, libations will be filling the Spirits of many partygoers as they set to celebrate at many of the D.C. nightlife venues. Time.com has a "D.C. Club Guide for Inaugural Weekend" featuring the happenings at several of the area's local bars and clubs.
Well, I must assume D.C.'s businesses small and large will be pulling themselves out of the recession, early! Hence, before Mr. Obama makes his acceptance speech and passes a new stimulus package for the American people?
